Do nutpods products need to be refrigerated?
Our shelf-stable containers can be stored in your pantry until opened. Once opened, they must be refrigerated and are best consumed within 7-10 days. Our refrigerated line must be kept cold at all times.
Are nutpods creamers keto-friendly and vegan?
Yes! All nutpods products are certified vegan, keto-friendly, and Whole30 Approved. They contain zero grams of sugar and zero carbs per serving.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.
Can I return my order if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
